Welcome to Cromr. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our real estate and hospitality photography and videography services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cromr, and “you” and “your” refer to the client. “Services” refers to the photography, videography, and aerial services we provide.

 

Services Provided

We offer a range of photography and videography services for the real estate and hospitality industries, including but not limited to walkthrough videos, how-to videos, and food and beverage preparation videos.

 

Client Obligations

You agree to provide us with all necessary information and access required to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that all permissions and clearances for the shoot are obtained.

 

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings must be made in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations made in advance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, videos, and other deliverables remain the property of Cromr until full payment is received. Upon payment, we grant you a license to use the deliverables as specified in the contract.

 

Usage Rights and Restrictions

You are granted usage rights for the deliverables as outlined in the contract. These rights are non-transferable and limited to the purposes specified. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all information provided by you confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services.

 

Liability and Indemnification

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

 

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action.

 

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will apply to future services.
