Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel up to 1 hour before the shoot start time, any time after that please contact us ASAP and we can cancel or reschedule for you. To keep things fair for everyone, the fee for any cancellations made less than 1 hour prior is 40% of the total cost. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to hello@cromr.com
